HOW TO GET YOUR RECOVERY MEDIA!!!

Many people ask the question everyday. Well now we have an answer. If you have a Windows 7or Windows 8 computer and you are experiencing technical problem that you can not fix... Here is the perfect solution for you.

First thing you need to do is contact dell for technical support. This method will help some of you. For those of you who still need help with their pc this may be the next best solution. Try to refresh your computer setting. This will allow you to keep files and photos but refresh the status of your computer so that you pc will work properly. You can also reset your computer back to manufacture settings. This will erase everything from you pc and it will be as if your pc is brand new.

If your still unable to refresh or reset your pc because your pc is requesting you to insert media you can request the recovery media disk for your computer that will allow you to reset of refresh. This is what I had to do in order to make my pc work properly. Now thanks to Dell my pc is up and running like new.

This method is completely free. So if you are not sure if you need this then you would not be losing anything by requesting the disk.
