Hey sorry so late. I actually thought I responding when you posted but it looks like it didnt go thur. Based on what your saying it sounds like you not meeting youtube qualification for adsense. Once you do that you should be able to connect the 2. Dont get discourage it took me a few times before I was successful at it.
You have to be approve first before google will allow to you add it to your account. They have a list of qualifications that have to be meet first before they will add it. I was denied about 5 times before I got approved
In earnings tab I have an error data r blog is not eligible how to make it access and how to create channel in adsense. I actually had an adsense account through YouTube pls help me my mail Id rahul72627@gmail.com
If you already have an adesense account with youtube then you should not need another one. You should be able to them both using one account. I hope this helps.
You have to put content on whatever account you have link to adsense. They check you website, blog, etc to make sure you are putting out enought content to promote ads.

URL must not have a path (example.com/path) or subdomain (subdomain.example pls help I have built up my site very well and I can't start over again pls help me
